The departments of History of Art and Classics at Johns Hopkins University
invite applications for a joint position in Roman art and architecture. Area of specialization open, though a focus on late antiquity would be especially welcome. The search is open-rank, with either a tenure-track or tenured appointment possible. The primary appointment will be in History of Art, but the position is integral to the Interdepartmental Ph.D. Program in Classical Art and Archaeology, administered by the two departments jointly.
