All applicants are required to complete the online application. Upon starting an application, applicants will receive an email containing a PIN (personal identification number) and password, which are generated by the online application system. The PIN and password are necessary for accessing the ApplyYourself application, to monitor the application status, and to view the receipt of supplemental materials. Applicants are urged to submit all required supplementary materials electronically; doing so will avoid delays in processing the prospective student’s admissions file.A complete application consists of the following (details are provided by clicking on each link):

Application DeadlineFor Fall 2014 admission, the application deadline is January 15, 2014, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Spring admission is not offered.
Mailing InstructionsA mailing label and cover sheet are required for all materials submitted to Graduate Admissions by mail or delivery service. Once an applicant has submitted an application, an email will be sent to the applicant with the ApplyYourself Application ID number. It is best to include the Application ID number on the cover sheet for any materials submitted in hard copy. Note: The Graduate Admissions Office accepts only regular mail, Certified Mail, UPS, DHL and FedEx deliveries.
