On Saturday 19^th October, graduate student Keisuke Nakajima and Chris Londa (our Loeb Classical Library post-doctoral fellow) joined 10,000 fellow-runners to complete the Baltimore City Half-Marathon, covering a distance of 13 miles from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The marathon is part of Charm City’s 24th Annual Running Festival. For Chris, it was a great way to see more of our city, though he notes: ‘Baltimore has a surprising number of hills!’ Jima is no stranger to physical fitness as the Departmental Boulderer.
